Order Processing Schedule Orders are methodically processed within 1-7 business days. Please be aware that deliveries are not conducted on weekends or public holidays. Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Shipping charges are ascertained based on the weight of the order and the delivery address, with the final amount presented at the time of checkout. Delivery Locations Silky Hair extends its delivery services throughout South Africa, including local delivery within a 30km radius from our retail establishments.
International Deliveries At present, Silky Hair does not engage in international shipping. It is important to note that for any future international orders, the customer would be responsible for all customs and taxes incurred post-shipping. These additional fees are not covered by Silky Hair.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking Post dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order’s tracking details. The tracking number will be operational within 24 hours of issuance.
