Hair Care Instructions

To protect the quality, softness, and lifespan of your hair, please follow these care instructions:

• Brush gently from the bottom upward using a suitable wig brush, paddle brush, or wide-tooth comb.
• Wash regularly using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
• Always use heat protection before using heat styling tools.
• Wrap or protect the hair at night to help prevent dryness, tangling, and friction damage.
• Protect the hair before swimming in chlorine or salt water.
• Maintain wigs and extensions properly to help avoid shedding, matting, dryness, and tangling.

Important Notice

Silky Hair supplies premium quality Vietnamese hair. Once the customer receives the hair in good condition, ongoing maintenance becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Hair damage caused by poor maintenance, incorrect washing, excessive heat, colouring, bleaching, swimming, sleeping without protection, or improper handling is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene considerations, Silky Hair does not accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been installed, washed, coloured, altered, worn, brushed excessively, cut, chemically treated, or used in any way.

Exchanges may only be considered if the hair is returned in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any customer rights provided under applicable South African consumer protection law.

Customer Confirmation

By placing an order with Silky Hair and confirming acceptance of this agreement before checkout, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the Silky Hair Client Care & Maintenance Agreement.
• You understand that wigs and bundles 20 inches and above require proper maintenance.
• You agree to care for the hair as advised by Silky Hair.
• You understand that improper maintenance can cause tangling, dryness, shedding, matting, or damage.
• You understand that damage caused by improper care is not considered a manufacturing fault.
• You understand that used, installed, washed, coloured, altered, or worn hair cannot be exchanged unless required by applicable law.
